Mount Longonot rises 2,776 metres from the Rift Valley floor — a near-perfect volcanic cone with a forest hiding in its crater. The climb to the rim is a rewarding half-day challenge, and the full crater rim circuit adds spectacular views across the Rift Valley to Lake Naivasha below.
